Rising is a radio broadcast describing a waterlogged, dreamlike future Great North Run where runners have adapted physically and psychologically to their increasingly aquatic environment of flash flooding and rising water levels brought about through climate change. Chodzko is working with Newcastle University scientists and Rising is also part of the 2013 British Science Festival.
 
Rising is a Great North Run Culture and Invisible Dust co-commission broadcast on basic.fm, Tyneside Cinema's online radio project.
