2009 Moving Image Commission now open

The annual Great North Run Moving Image Commission offers £30,000 to an artist of film-maker to create a new piece of work in response to the world's largest half-marathon.
Premiered in the North East as part of the 2009 Great North Run Cultural Programme, this is an exciting opportunity for artists to show one of the UK's most popular sporting events in a new way.
