Julian Germain has been nominated as Artist of the Year in the The Journal Culture Awards.

Impressed with his work on the mass participation photography project The Running Line as part of the Great North Run Cultural Programme, the results will be announced at an awards evening at Northern Stage, Newcastle, on 31 March 2008.
