Paul Smith : A mind full of nothing but continue

Musician Paul Smith is writing a new choral work inspired by the Bupa Great North Run. With lyrics that focus on his personal take on the run and music that reflects the long-distance runner’s state of mind, details that go unnoticed by tens of thousands of runners and spectators each year will be brought to light.

A mind full of nothing but continue will be performed by Paul and vocal ensemble Mouthful, with Field Music's Kevin Dosdale on synthesizer, and will premiere in September as part of Great North Run Culture’s 2013 programme.
