This year's Great North Run Culture has now come to an end...

With a fantastic outing at the Chelsea Flower Show (with a garden seen by over 200,000 people), our first True Spirit commission - Tornado by Fiona Banner - on Gateshead's Quayside, and a blockbuster exhibition In The Long Run, this was a hugely successful year for Great North Run Culture. We were particularly delighted to commission new work by Claire Leona Apps and Sir Peter Blake which was also displayed at the museum show. 

Plans are already afoot for 2011 and 2012 - watch this space...
