Artist
and winner of our 2013 Moving Image Commission Melanie Manchot is
looking for Great North Runners to take part in a filmed group portrait
at the start and finish areas of the 2012 Bupa Great North Run.
It will only take 15 minutes and you’ll become part of an exciting new Moving Image Commission film which will première as part of next year’s Great North Run Culture
programme and may also be shown as part of BBC ONE’s coverage of the
Run.
We need around 200 runners on the day, so please email ManchotRSVP@gmail.com if you want to take part. You’ll be sent a email with a link to a map
of exact locations and other useful information nearer the time.
