We're looking for people to join our team of enthusiastic volunteers to help steward our Great North Greats exhibition.

Great North Greats is a touring exhibition that tells the story of individuals and communities, everyday triumphs and groundbreaking achievements. It is a celebration of all the Great North Greats - ordinary people, extraordinary achievements.

We need volunteers to steward the exhibition, welcome visitors and help out with audience research. All volunteers will be trained by Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums in object handling, liaising with visitors, and assisting with audience research. 

You'll need to be available for 3 hour sessions Monday - Saturday from Saturday 30th August until Saturday 11th October 2014.  If you fancy being part of our team, please email your CV to info@greatnorthrunculture.org no later than 12pm Friday 15 August. Training will take place on Wednesday 20th August.
