Mark Wallinger

Mark Wallinger is one of Britain's best-known artists. Twice nominated for the Turner Prize, once in 1995 and again in 2007 when he won. He represented Britain at the Venice Biennale in 2001. His work includes Ecce Homo which occupied Trafalgar Square's fourth plinth to great acclaim, State Britain and Does a Bear? when the artist wandered around Berlin gallery in a bear suit.
