Kate Fox is a stand up poet who writes topical, funny poems and shares them in a way that engages and moves people. She is resident poet on Radio 4’s Saturday Live and has written poems for BBC 2’s Daily Politics Show, the Chelsea Flower Show coverage, schools, festivals and conferences. She regularly performs across the UK and had a highly successful run at Edinburgh’s Gilded Balloon during the 2010 Fringe Festival. Fox is a passionate advocate of the power of performance poetry to give people a voice, and runs gigs, events and workshops to this end.
